Rand is 1 month old?!

I can't believe my baby boy is already 1 month old! Time sure does fly! After our one week stay in the mommy/baby ward at LRMC we were definetly ready to come home and sleep in our own bed. Rand is still sleeping with me at night and up every couple of hours to feed. Nursing is going well along with cloth diapering. Cding is not as bad as I thought it would be and I love that we are saving lots of money by doing it.

Now that I am home from being in the hospital for a week, I had time to edit my monthly belly pics. Thanks to my tripod and fancy camera remote, I was the model and photographer. Now I have to think of something clever for Rand's monthly pics.

I have been blessed with a wonderful and healthy pregnancy and love that I have been able to capture my growing belly in these pictures. Shortly after I took this last picture my water 

broke and we headed to the hospital to have our baby boy, Rand :) here is my post about my bundle of joy :)

Rand's Back Forest Nursery

I have finally finished Rand's quilt so now the Black Forest theme nursery is finished! This room had a lot of DIY projects. My favorite was probably the mobile over his crib. I also made his bumper, crib skirt, "RAND"  twig letters, curtain and valence, stained and covered rocker and ottoman, painted the forest nightlight and made a changing pad cover and liners for the baskets in his changing table...whew!
